What to include
- The phone and its system version, for example iPhone 15, iOS 18.
- The TailTandem version, from Settings › Help and feedback.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Leave out medication details you would rather not share. A pet's name and the shape of the problem are usually enough.
From inside the app
Problem reports and feature requests can be sent from Settings › Help and feedback. A problem report can carry a screenshot and, if you turn it on, a few facts about the app and device. Reports are private.
